Check the source and the limits.
A photo may show that people were together. It cannot tell you what they knew. A filing tells you what someone alleges; it is not a finding of fact. Check the source and the limits beside the detail.
A Third Party research project
Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found dead in a car registered to musician D4vd in September 2025.
The timeline begins before that discovery and follows what happened afterward. Along the way, you can see who is named, where events took place, and what the messages, reporting, and court documents actually say.
D4vd (David Anthony Burke) has been charged with Celeste’s murder and other offenses. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and is awaiting trial.
Start with the timeline if you’re new to the case. If a person, place, or detail catches your attention, follow it and check the source behind it.
01 / Important notice
This site is independently maintained and is not affiliated with or endorsed by D4vd, D4VD Ent., Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s family, law enforcement, the courts, or any person or organization involved in the case.
The archive organizes publicly available court records, reporting, official statements, and other source material so readers can examine the chronology and underlying record for themselves.
Allegations and disputed claims are identified as such. Nothing published here is a determination of guilt, and David Burke is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
The inclusion of a person, organization, location, account, message, or other record does not by itself imply wrongdoing, knowledge of wrongdoing, or involvement in any alleged offense. Statements and allegations attributed to third parties represent those sources—not findings made by this archive.
Information may be incomplete, disputed, corrected, or superseded as additional records become available or proceedings continue. If you find an error, missing context, or a source that should be reviewed, please submit a correction.
03 / How to read the archive
A photo may show that people were together. It cannot tell you what they knew. A filing tells you what someone alleges; it is not a finding of fact. Check the source and the limits beside the detail.
Read the source behind an entry, not just our summary of it. When information conflicts or an entry changes, look for an explanation of why.
How this archive worksWhen an editorial change is recorded, see which entry it affected and why, where that explanation is available.
