D4vd Case Archive
The D4vd Case Archive is an independently maintained public-record archive. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by D4vd/David Burke, D4VD Ent., Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s family, law enforcement, the courts, prosecutors, defense counsel, civil attorneys, witnesses, journalists, or any other person or organization involved in the matters documented here.
The name “D4vd” is used to identify the subject of the archive. Its use in the site name, domain name, navigation, or other materials does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, cooperation, authorization, or affiliation.
The archive brings together publicly available court records, reporting, statements, photographs, videos, digital material, property records, social-media material, and other sources connected to the case. Its purpose is to make that material easier to examine by preserving chronology, provenance, context, attribution, and uncertainty.
The public record is necessarily incomplete. Investigators, attorneys, witnesses, courts, government agencies, and other parties may possess information that is not publicly available. The archive does not claim access to sealed evidence, undisclosed investigative material, private discovery, confidential attorney communications, or other nonpublic information.
Nothing published here is a determination of guilt. Allegations are identified as allegations, and David Burke — like any criminal defendant discussed in the archive — is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
The inclusion of a person, organization, location, account, message, photograph, document, relationship, or other record does not by itself imply wrongdoing, knowledge of wrongdoing, participation in an alleged offense, responsibility, credibility, endorsement, or agreement with any allegation.
Public availability alone is not verification. A claim does not become established merely because it appears online, in a court filing, in reporting, on social media, or in repeated discussion.
Information in the archive may change as additional records become public, reporting develops, legal proceedings continue, sources are corrected, or errors are identified.
